Technical assistance for the launch of the 'Competition for the award of 2 Social Innovation Funds of 30,000,000 gs each', assistance for the co-construction of the proposals (only for those with the greatest potential), support in the selection process and mentoring and/or accompaniment in the first phases of the implementation of the winning proposals.
Elaborate the Guides of Bases and Conditions of the contest, as well as the application forms and the preparation of materials for dissemination of the bases. Meetings and/or workshops were held for the presentation of the bases and then the first phase of selection of the best proposals was carried out. Technical assistance was provided to the selected applicants (workshops, mentoring and strategic advice). A final selection committee was established and monthly monitoring of the winning proposals was carried out.
The guide to the bases and conditions of the contest was made, including the participation forms, concept notes (formatted by Plan International), a record of the selection process of the winning proposals and a final report of the consultancy, including the actions of monitoring and mentoring provided to the winners.
