Innovos Group was started in 2008 by the hand of the expert consultant César Yammal. He created the consulting company due to his experience as a staff and consultant for the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Everything he learned and successfully carried out in these organizations, was then applied in the design, supervision and evaluation of projects that support components of innovation systems in regions such as Latin America and the Caribbean.
Over time, Innovos has become a leading consultancy in the region in terms of diagnosis, monitoring and evaluation of international projects. It currently develops 'tailor-made solutions' for each project in particular, seeking to meet the specific needs of the client and carry out each project with the most appropriate methodology
