Train Impact Hub staff in different areas of knowledge that allow them to acquire skills to provide consulting services to current entrepreneurs and new clients who request this type of service. It was also requested to develop diagnostic tools to assess the current state of the company and then design the expansion and growth strategy.
Methodology and activities performed
To carry out this project, a comprehensive diagnosis of both the Impact Hub and its entrepreneurs was carried out, for which diagnostic tools were developed. An intensive training and coaching stage was carried out.
An Operations Manual for Impact Hub was prepared from the written systematization of the work and the design of a value proposition was carried out.
