To significantly increase innovation based on the scientific production of Chilean universities and achieve its international competitiveness in certain areas where this is feasible.
An analysis of the quality score and the evaluation background provided by the Evaluation Committee was carried out, together with certain additional public policy criteria established in the conditions bases. In turn, the resulting analysis was systematized together with the other members of the Committee.
