23. Adjustment and Adaptation of the Performance Measurement and Improvement Model for Chilean Incubators

Objective
To adapt the CORFO Business Incubator evaluation instrument, based on the modifications that occurred in the support instrument, in order to obtain an adequate instrument to evaluate the results and impacts of the incubators supported by CORFO.

Methodology and activities performed
Previous implementations of the model were evaluated and the evaluation scopes were redefined. New weighting structures were set up per item and per question. They adapted in turn existing instruments. Finally, a training workshop was held for CORFO staff.
