Design and implement a monitoring and evaluation system for a risk-sharing guarantee fund for SME established as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the Government of PNG and the Bank of South Pacific
In order to achieve the objectives of the project, technical support in the analysis and presentation of M&E data derived from project indicators, in writing of manuscripts and inputs for project evaluation was provided, as well as mentorship on the project staff for analysis, interpretation and use of the M&E data to measure project performance.
